With this solo-album I wanted to explore a different workflow than what i am used to in a modern day recording setup. Using only (mostly cheap) analog gear (Behringer mixer, cheap mics, 2-track tape recorder found on the street), a guitar amp, some pedals and a telecaster this album explores the possibilities of a lo-fi straightforward recording setup. Without the possibility to edit and sonically expand the pieces, this album shows my most rough and unaltered expression through improvisation.
The tracks evolve slowly and explore long structures and slow tempos with different tunings of the guitar using Just Intonation as well as other microtonal tunings…
